- Who owns the player base?
- You do. The data stays in your tenant and can be exported at any time. We don’t use your base for anything, including for other clients.
- How does the prepaid balance work?
- You top up by PIX or bank transfer. The 15% of gross gaming revenue is debited at the day’s close, with the full calculation in the report.
- What if the balance runs out?
- We warn you days ahead. If it hits zero, the catalog switches to demo mode: the site stays up, the player cashier stays intact and nothing is deleted.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, with an automatically issued certificate. A subdomain on pandoraprovider.com is also available as an alternative or for testing.
- Who takes care of the infrastructure?
- We do. Servers, providers, fixes and new versions roll out without stopping your operation and at no cost per update.
